Assumptions of forensic engineering facts are not considered part of the services at USBCI. As with all client projects, small and large, detailed investigation and thorough examination are conducted through extensive field assessments. Cause as to the problem, as with solutions and remedies presented to the client are based upon our expertise and years of experience in research in the forensic field. This experience is presented to our clients in providing economical and steadfast solutions of repair.
Experience. What is experience, but a claim that one has been involved with a situation or a certain field of investigation. But what was the outcome of that investigation? Was the client fully served with a professional report of cause and remedy based upon reliable facts and knowledge?
Many professionals can identify a water intrusion issue, as with the client, but are not trained through testing or experience to accurately provide correct solutions necessary to provide a reasonable and proper solution to the problem.
At USBCI, forensic engineering services are provided by engineers with extensive experience and knowledge in the design, code analysis and construction methods of new and renovated projects. Our Vice President of engineering, in addition to holding a professional engineering license also obtained and holds a Florida General Contractors license and has been involved with the construction of major projects in the State of Florida.
